A comment on my award winning #YRS2010 app from a blog post. Said app can be seen here.
It really is such an awesome film and muchly deserves to be in this list of great films: —This list right here—
England
England is always surprised when they lose, as they think they invented soccer. They have a good coach (an Italian) and some good players, most notably the great Wayne Rooney, but eventually they will lose and be shocked and hurt as always. England has won the World Cup before, but that was when they were hosting in 1966, and host countries always do well. That said, they weren’t a fascist country. Fascist host countries do really well; witness Italy’s win in 1934 and Argentina’s in 1978. Apparently creating a hostile and frightening atmosphere for opposing nations, and being able to threaten your players and/or the referees with horrible fates, helps your chances considerably.

Hilarious quick summary of all the World cup teams
Right, so I’m in my final year of school (yeah there’s sort of two years left if you count college as school) and in the middle of taking all my final GCSE exams. There’s nothing like a bit of procrastination from revising :D
In amongst re-playing the amazing Portal, getting hooked on The Guild… oh, and revising ;), I’ve been playing about with the HTML of my band’s Tumblr page theme. I love fiddling with the building blocks of a website to make it look like I want it to. It makes me feel so powerful!! *evil supervillain laugh*
Anyway, thought I’d take this chance to also plug my bands Tumblr Page. Over the next few weeks some time, we’ll be releasing our first song onto the interwebs. This makes me excited. We have it recorded and produced and on our computers. It’s so cool to have the first song we’ve ever written come into existence.
Anyway, look at the theme I’ve “created” for my bands page, and while you’re at it, you could subscribe? :P
